SCHEDULE CHANGE

The May 16th race at RT.66 Raceway has been rescheduled to Saturday, August 15th. The reason for the change is RT.66 needs to build a new gravel trap for the upcoming NHRA national event. Our next event will be on May 30-31 at Byron.

Byron would appreciate if any one has any old slicks that you bring them for there tire drag.

LET'S RACE

This is the schedule for the first two races of the MIDWEST SUPERCOMP SERIES for 2009 at RT. 66 Raceway in Joliet on May 2 &3. Gates open 9 a.m.,first time run approximetly 11 a. m. with first round at 2 p.m. Don't forget to take your receipt to tech to get your wristbands for drivers and all crew members.

Who’s ready for some racing?

The 22nd edition of the Midwest Super Comp Series is!  The schedule is set, the sponsors signed, and the tracks are ready. Thanks to all that came to the 2008 Awards Banquet!

It was great to see everyone that could make it to the banquet. If you missed it, all of the top ten racers were present and were recognized by the banquet committee. This year’s winner at the Pro Tree Challenge went to Chad Lamont. Congrats to Chad for taking full advantage of the racers that had tasted the fruit of the vine or the hops of the brewery. We also want to acknowledge Scott Phillips & Rich Kwas for such a great job in hosting the evening. Thanks again to all of you that brought items for the auction.

The banquet committee is looking for ideas for the 2009 theme, if you have any suggestions please let them know.
